I’ve been to three of these stores one in Brookfield one Waukesha and this one and I have had nothing but pleasant, positive, and good experiences at each one of these locations. I want to shout out to all the owners, even though they are all different owners, but they are all really good at explaining how stuff works or if you explain to them what you might be looking for they’re really knowledgeable on what you might need I will continue being a customer for not just this store, but this company overall for the foreseeable future

I have never written a bad review before but felt compelled because of how I was treated here. Went here for the first time and owner asked anything you’re looking for? I said no just browsing. I am someone who likes to read ingredient labels and shop different products. Was asked again anything your looking for? And I said no just browsing. Finally, less than 2 minutes later she says WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?!?! in an extremely disrespectful tone, to which I replied I’ll just leave then. And she said good, I don’t have time for that! I was just ordinarily shopping and was there less than 5 minutes. Skip this place and shop somewhere you are treated decently.
Hello "Ben", I'm Jennifer, the owner of the store. As I mentioned to you when you visited our store, we experienced a burglary last night. There were individuals in the store shopping and my dad was attempting to repair the shattered window. During your visit, you spent more than 10 minutes in the store, and your actions were highly suspicious. Despite my repeated offers to assist you, you seemed disinterested and made me very uncomfortable. I politely asked you to leave my store. I want to assure you that I take the safety and security of my store and customers very seriously. Therefore, I will be notifying the Menomonee Falls Police Department about this incident. My reputation and previous reviews speak for themselves, and I will be providing the authorities with the footage from our security cameras of our interaction today.
