I'm a senior citizen and heard about Kratom. I walked into WDB not really knowing even what to ask. The owners and employees basically tought me everything I know about Kratom. They never took advantage of me and sell me stuff i didn't need. Time passes and I have been a regular for 5-6 years. I didn't fully appreciate what an amazing place this is until I recently moved to the Houston area. I take Kratom to relieve chronic pain. When I first got here I tried a couple of places. I decided to call White Dragon and I am really glad I did. I now know from experience that White Dragon has the largest selection of Kratom i know of. The prices and quality of the product are unmatched. I have a friend in Oregon who has been using Kratom for years. When I sent her some kratom from White Dragon she was blown away. She figured Texas, as backwards as it is wouldn't have this elite quality of Kratom. It's not just the best Botanical shop I've ever been in. The combination of the prices, quality and service are beyond belief. But the main thing that makes them the best business of any kind I've ever done business with is the knowledgeable people who helped me there. The level of integrity and patience I have encountered there.

I’d recommend Delta8Austin for any hemp products, but bar none, White Dragon is where to get very high quality kratom at very very reasonable prices. Edit 05/01/25- the lady working the counter @ 2pm is very nice and helpful!!! STILL THE BEST KRATOM PRICES, SELECTION, AND QUALITY ANYWHERE!!!

I stopped heavy pain killers frum a military war horse Dr. , cold turkey....he was giving me 90 Vicodin 10s /mo. , & 25 , 60mg morphine pills for my back, as I found them about 10 years ago, in 2015, & as a disabled TX Navy Veteran, I appreciated an occasional courtesy from the owners, after closing tme. I moved to San Antonio right B4 the COVID lockdown in November 2019, to live with my cousin & the mail STILL made it a few days later. ** The Kratom helped me survive a couple fights with COVID, but my teeth started crumbling on fight #2 .... Dental implants are coming! The Kratom Quality is Exceptional, in my opinion, compared to others, I've tried. I won't name them , so , don't waste your time.... Ms. Chelsea is Very Knowledgeable and her staff is Top notch! They return calls in a timely manner & text & appreciate happy sunshine! My ***I HIGHLY & INDUBITABLY RECOMMEND White Dragon for your Kratom, Kava, CBD, DeLTA-8, OHMZ, & other natural remedies .... as opposed to harmful, big pharma Crap. +Peace, Luv, Strength, Blessings+ ~Namaste~ °& Praise Gaia° L•T•O

This place is a gem! I recently visited again for the first time in a while and I'm always impressed. The staff are always incredibly welcoming and helpful. They are genuinely interested in helping me find what I need and offer knowledgeable advice. It's refreshing to shop in a place where everyone is so approachable and willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend checking them out for your natural medicine needs!

I have been a customer over 6-7 years + REFERRED SOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE + I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREETED BY NAME and have given a 5-STAR RATING before!!! I’m so very disappointed as customer service from CHELSEA was surprisingly rude!! She informed me that they are able to break a kilo down a certain way & anything outside of that there is a bagging fee I said there’s nothing on the card with the break down that says a $5 bagging fee & asked why wouldn’t you guys have that posted? CHELSEA RUDELY EXCLAIMED WELL I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT!! All of these years I have been coming ((before they had a website)) this is the 1st ever told that & the fee to use credit cards! let alone feeling her irritable energy!!! I HAVE LUPUS & KRATOM HAS CHANGED MY LIFE!! I came in NEEDING A KILO TODAY REALLY NEEDING 2KILOS DEPENDING ON IF THEY HAD THE STRAIN & BATCH THATS BEEN FREEING ME OF LUPUS SETBACKS But had to walk away with a half kilo! Honestly would not have minded paying the extra $5 for requesting 2bags of 4 oz =8oz over a solid 8oz of the same strain ((hopefully that makes sense)) But considering there’s nothing posted & how rude she was saying WELL I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT frankly I WAS NOT SURE IT was REAL POLICY It made me feel as if my business was not wanted & a bit nervous to return….

If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is 😊. As long time customer of this establishment, I can assure you that you won’t find a better shop in Austin.
