Celeste, WOW! Maybe the best customer service experience I’ve ever had, And I’m not talking about just buying MIT products. Across the board!. This shop is in another realm from every other store that I’ve purchased from. They sell high-quality reliable, naturally sourced products. They are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell, and they truly care about the well-being of their customers. If you are tired of purchasing from sketchy smoke, vape and other typical vendors, I highly Recommend shopping at this store. And to the owners, your employee Celeste is absolutely a gem, and i’m so grateful that she was there tonight to help me transition into buying from a reputable supplier like you guys.

I frequent all the locations, but this location has the best customer service. Celeste and Vanessa are beyond amazing! They will go out of their way to help you, no matter what you need!
