I’m moved to share this most timely message… It’s gonna come in handy. Y’all might have noticed things are getting crazy in every aspect of our lives. Notice your heartbeat… As long as you’re able to just be there focused/re-focused riding the wave, the rhythm of your heart the better, but, if you like, just breathe a few breaths like that and imagine your heart-there rockin’ 24/7 for life, for Life. Imagine breathing into and out of your heart for a few breaths and think of, or generate in your heart The Feeling:you know! it’s like love, joy, gratitude, compassion, care, happiness, or satisfaction. Hold that a moment and smile the smile that grows out of your heart, open your eyes and carry on. Anytime, anyplace. The more peaceful and prolonged the better, but short moments in intentional connection lead to consistent, constant connection. All you wish for, the true you, the actual spark that kickstarted your heart and keeps it running to this very day. That’s always been you there waiting for who you think you are to join up. It’s our natural state. True, Pure Love and Compassion. Ever true. A Human Being, the spark of the Source of all things, that spark is your true self. Let your every inhale, every exhale with the spaces in between breaths- all Top Sacred to you especially. Let them help you to just stay focused on your heart. You have lazer focus. Focus on your heartbeat, or pulse as you imagine breathing into and out of your heart. Just find, focus on and ride that rhythm. The longer you keep yourself in that state, your actual, natural state, (it actually leads to higher dimensions, 4th, 5th and beyond ), the more you’ll bring up out of it. The more you will spend your life in that state. If you find it seems there’s resistance, it might seem, but don’t say it, like you “can’t connect “. It’s not that. You are never dis-connected . That’s all in your head. (Cross yourself like Catholics do…see what I mean?). You must submit your mind to your heart-the Heart of your heart-for renewal, transformation and transcendence.
