I highly don’t recommend this place. I spent 250 bucks and was given a bad product and returned it and they said I can only get store credit and they don’t give cash back and was given a new product and that one was bad. Go to 20 past 4 unless you want to waste your money than go here!!!! Worst smoke shop I’ve ever been to!!
Dylan, the Puffco Peak had a manufacturer faulty battery. We ended up returning (5) Peaks to Puffco for replacement. We apologized for the inconvenience. Furthermore, you seemed completely content with your exchange/credit for a Puffco Plus Pen. After our over the phone conversations, and in-person conversation, your tune was different than this. Again, we apologize we received faulty Peaks, from Puffco. The issue has since been corrected
