DSHS rules (25 TAC ch. 300) define total delta-9 THC as (0.877 × THCA) + delta-9, which no natural THCA flower can pass — flower testing 20-30% THCA calculates well above the 0.3% limit. Flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates are out; non-smokable hemp under 0.3% delta-9 is still sold. The rules are in force but under appeal.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

Today I called in just to ask a few questions, Taylor, the gentleman who took my call, called me back, made sure I had an understanding like I was standing right there in store, and kept the conversation interesting and informative beyond my expectations. I come from a legal state. The staff at the little road location is exceptional, and I can always count on a good answer and a boost to my mood when I come up. Highly recommend this place just based off the service alone from Taylor & Brandon! I came twice inquiring on a few products and Brandon helped me the first time and was very pleasant to talk to with great energy. When I came back the second time, Taylor helped me out and was very genuine and knowledgeable about all of the products! 10/10 definitely would refer to anyone!

Denton store is awesome love going there .had a slight issue was calling me thought but gone another store.Brandon answered well was so helpful called the Denton store to make sure they had what we needed .yes Brandon crazy old lady here.anyway They rock products way kool and customer service excels.smiles to all
