They will lie about products to sell you more stuff. When the product doesn’t do what they say it will, sales are final. Don’t trust them.
No one lied to you about anything. You were told the 25mg eliquid you purchased wouldn’t have the same hit as the 50mg that is in disposables… and still chose to purchase the product. You said you wanted to come down to lower strength from disposables and get off them, and were recommended the first step down. You expected us to then take the loss on the product because it didn’t do it for you. We are sorry you didn’t like the product you purchased, but no one lied to you about anything. 🙃
