THCa in California: Banned
In effect since January 1, 2026
AB 8 bans all smokable hemp — THCA flower, pre-rolls, and hemp vapes. Non-smokable hemp must be effectively THC-free. SB 378 separately ended direct-to-consumer online sales. Licensed cannabis dispensaries are unaffected.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

I have been to many other dispensaries, but honestly, nothing compares to 3C flowers! Sasquatch Sap is my all-time favorite flower of all time because it's genuinely one of a kind. If you like an all-day strain with a substantial body high, I recommend 3C Farms products and going to Coast to Coast Canoga.

Best dispensary in the valley I’ve been too, and I’ve been to a lot of them over the past 11 years.. Quintin was top shelf with service and attitude very personable.. The products especially there house flowers were top shelf!
