Very disappointing trip the lady in the waiting area to call each person back could not keep anyone's name in order so trip had been extended and multiple others had canceled their order and left

I bought an all in one cart two days ago and when I went to use it, the battery was already dead. We went back and spoke with the manager, Steven, and explained what happened to him. He was really nice and helpful, he allowed me to pick out a different cart that was actually better than the one I had, and just pay the difference. I took off one star because I genuinely don’t understand why this dispensary has basically done away with real customer service? You’re made to place your order at a kiosk before you can even speak with someone - I always thought the dispensary was going to be a very warm and welcoming environment but it’s now just like every other retail experience where you feel rushed and don’t feel like you can speak to anyone about the products. I’m placing the order then standing in line for them to just put in a bag and send you on your way, it’s not even federally legal yet and we’ve already lost the human touch.

This isn't my normal CODES I use. It was a wonderful experience. Very clean, nice, friendly atmosphere. Heather was great!!! She was super helpful.

Bryan keeps it real! Definitely the kind of employee you want! Great work ethic! Dispensary always has a nice selection. The waiting area is spacious and clean. Located in a safe neighborhood if your worried about that.

Cindy helped me and did a wonderful job. 10/10 will be back.
