They show you one thing on the website. Then when you go pick it up, it’s totally different. I got brown weed that smells like hay. They should be ashamed for selling that now. I know why it was on sale. They’re just like a drug dealer, they’ll rip off anybody. Anybody who purchased this you should give their money back it’s just wrong that you would charge someone for this dirt

These folks are professional, competent, knowledgeable and polite. I never have any problems, it’s always a wonderful experience.

I can’t say enough about the customer service At this location. The staff here is always so welcoming, they are all so nice and friendly you have a great set of staff here . They work together well. I want to give extra thanks to Malcolm, seriously the patience that this man has is unreal, no matter how busy It gets He always gives you his 💯 he cares about you, and doesn’t make you feel like any question is foolish. If you are confused about something he will take the extra time to make sure you understand. I know how hard it can get sometimes (28 years customer service Myself), and this team works effortlessly together, now That’s Excellence. Thank you Malcolm and staff !!
