I had an excellent experience at the Cookies dispensary, driven largely by the outstanding customer service. Alyssa was the associate who assisted us, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire visit. She took the time to understand our needs, answered questions with confidence, and made the experience both efficient and enjoyable. The store itself is well-organized and reflects a strong brand presence, but it’s the quality of the staff that truly elevates the experience. Alyssa represents the brand exceptionally well, and her approach to customer service sets a high standard. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to returning.
