Staff is very rude! Went in and asked a question and the Carlton looking dude with the glasses was extremely condescending and unfriendly! Work on your customer service and we might consider coming back. You work in a smoke shop my dude, don’t try to get smart with potential customers like you’re some sort of big shot. One of the worst smoke shops we’ve been in anyway.

I’m blown away 🤯 Just moved into the neighborhood after previously living in East Austin for the last year. Pretty basic stuff on that side and fairly cheap in quality. This place is so unbelievably pro it’s wild. I’ve only been here twice, admittedly, but both times I walked in and was greeted by every single dude in that place. Each of them with a sincere smile and so genuine in their tone. That’s just the service side of things. The products are unbelievable, and such a diverse array. I have not been disappointed with any of the things I’ve purchased. I’m gonna be in this neighborhood for at least another 17 months and I’m sure these guys will know my name soon. I cannot recommend this place more if I tried.

For some reason I've gotten kicked out of this store for no specific reason and even a man who's claimed he was the owner did not give me a reason to what the problem was and harassed me for my ID when the employees have seen it multiple times and this man has even seen the employees check my ID multiple times. He glowered at me very aggressively and told me to leave his store. It seems like this man has an unspecified problem with me and I don't recommend doing business with this store if you don't want to get kicked out all out of nowhere. Edit: The owner has responded to my reply yet they still don't seem to specify what I did wrong to get kicked out of this store. It would also be impossible to back up a false claim by contradicting yourself by showing video evidence of me doing my business, leaving and doing nothing else. It seems that this is drama that is unneeded and I do not want to be a part of this drama: all I have wanted to do was do my business and leave, but I don't know why this whole problem had to be caused, again, all I have done was my business, so I don't know why this whole situation is coming about

One of the better head shops I've visited in Austin TX. They have my favorite products from all three categories of legal substances I use plus the nicotine vapor brands I use like SMOK, VooPoo, Caliburn etc. They carry all the brands I like for other stuff like Pure Ohms 7OH, Road Trip Desert Stardust gummies and Hixotic magic mushies gummies and all the hemp derived cannabinoids like THCP HHCP THC-JD THC-B and THCA flower. And the shop is clean which is nice. Definitely worth the time. If those products fit your fancy, you can do a lot worse!

Not a good experience. Ordered items online, they never shipped them, so I contacted them after a week only to find out they did not have what I had ordered. I asked for a refund (they refused to refund shipping). Now it’s been a month, & I still haven’t received a refund. Everyone at the store is unhelpful & refuses to give me the actual proof that they refunded me. My bank & BBB had to get involved because I couldn’t get any help from the company.

Was my first time there & the employee who helped me was very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable to tell him what I was looking for & he helped me exquisitely. The products were reasonably priced & the ones I purchased did exactly what they needed to do. I will most definitely be back! Thanks y'all!
