We are sorry for your experience, however Arkansas does require an in state Medical Card or a Visitor's card registered from another state in order to purchase.

Enjoyed this store and the company until they allowed someone with a very large dog to unleash the dog in the store/lobby to roam around while I am in line to make a purchase. I don’t think this is appropriate for a medical place of business or very professional to allow. Going somewhere to help my PTSD and they contribute to it was not a great experience to say the least, and to make the situation even worse. I was laughed at afterward and waited in the front lobby for the person/dog to leave the store area so I could finish my purchase, after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Not appreciated and very unprofessional. REPLY to "Owner" I never stated the dog was left “unattended” I stated the dog was let off leash and was roaming around the store lobby as it was. It was NOT doing or giving any service at the time I was in the store, as you would have seen if you watched the footage and the dog was being pet and played with, which neither are common with a working service dog. Also, if you watched the footage you noticed the dog go up to the lady making a purchase in front of me and sniff her backside, she didn’t seem too bothered however. Like I said, it is all very unprofessional and unnecessary. A little accountability would have been nice.
John- we apologize that you felt uncomfortable in our store with a dog present. While we do ask and require of our patients to maintain their dog a leash, the dog in question on that day is a service dog. Due to its type of training and medical nature a leash is not required. We have reviewed the footage from the day of your issue and did not note the dog roaming the store unattended at any time. This particular dog and patient in question actually alerted our staff to a pregnant team member about to have a seizure just recently. We appreciate your time as a Delta patient and hope to see you again. Feel free to ask reception if there are any dogs on the floor and they will be happy to alert you when the patient has finished their visit.

***Update. After a year, i stand by the rating. There is a young woman named Sydney who currently works there. She has the heart of a saint, and on 2 separate occasions I came through feeling (and looking) insane. Helluva week. This girl genuinely helped me just by being an employee with a heart. They all do. The staff here make this place incredible. They have yet to lie to me or steer me wrong.
