Enjoyed this store and the company until they allowed someone with a very large dog to unleash the dog in the store/lobby to roam around while I am in line to make a purchase. I don’t think this is appropriate for a medical place of business or very professional to allow. Going somewhere to help my PTSD and they contribute to it was not a great experience to say the least, and to make the situation even worse. I was laughed at afterward and waited in the front lobby for the person/dog to leave the store area so I could finish my purchase, after 15 minutes of waiting I decided to leave. Not appreciated and very unprofessional. REPLY to "Owner" I never stated the dog was left “unattended” I stated the dog was let off leash and was roaming around the store lobby as it was. It was NOT doing or giving any service at the time I was in the store, as you would have seen if you watched the footage and the dog was being pet and played with, which neither are common with a working service dog. Also, if you watched the footage you noticed the dog go up to the lady making a purchase in front of me and sniff her backside, she didn’t seem too bothered however. Like I said, it is all very unprofessional and unnecessary. A little accountability would have been nice.

***Update. After a year, i stand by the rating. There is a young woman named Sydney who currently works there. She has the heart of a saint, and on 2 separate occasions I came through feeling (and looking) insane. Helluva week. This girl genuinely helped me just by being an employee with a heart. They all do. The staff here make this place incredible. They have yet to lie to me or steer me wrong.
