Delta World Tire

I got an alignment & 2 tires replaced. Made an appointment for 8am, dropped the vehicle off, got a price on how much it would cost & I left. 1pm came around & still hadn’t heard back which I thought the car would be done by that time for a service that shouldn’t take that long. I Called to check & was told my service guy was out for a moment so I called back 30mins later to hear they just put the tires on & hadn’t done the alignment yet! Went to the store at 3pm & saw the car being driven back into service area. I let them know I was there and they said car would be done in 10mins. 1 hour later I finally got up to check to see my car pulled in parking area but I’m not sure how long it had been there because no one ever called me to say my car was done. Took them another 20mins just to find my service request form for payment. I felt like the customer service needs to be better . I didn’t expect the car to not be completed for 8hrs with a 8am appointment The job was completed but it took so long to get done & I would not return due to that.

Delta World Tire deserves a 5/5 stars for fast, honest service, fair pricing, and a team that goes above and beyond to get you back on the road without the hassle!

Mr.Drew, Al and Mr.Chris are so freaking awesome. I needed a tire and had left my rim with the car. Mr.Al brought me to my car and fixed my tire at the gas station I broke down at. I appreciate them each so much. This place has been around since I was a little kid. I'll always shop here.

Went in for promo oil change that I signed up for through FaceBook. Store employees were not made aware of how I signed up, said PROMO "has to be mentioned" or they just charge regular price. It almost gives false advertising vibes and seems Marketing and store front. Employees were nice, service was expedited. Suggested a service I needed but they did order wrong part that I was waiting on but found out by seeing my car outside as "ready" w/o said part ordered.

Very tentative, honest, and fast! Highly recommend!
