This shop is always my go to when I’m in the San Antonio area but I was disappointed with the young lady at the register on this visit. First I mentioned I was looking for a specific item, unfortunately they were all sold out. That’s cool, I asked for other suggestions and got a very rude, one-word answer “oh” when I asked. The young lady was very uninterested in me as a customer wanting to buy other items. I bought a total of 5 items, all of which were a complete awkward silence of me walking the store choosing and asking questions. I even asked a question regarding the law and she started talking about a previous customer traveling to Austin that got arrested for having something completely irrelevant to my question, I told her I’m not talking about that specific item and was given a strong “I know” as a response. My question was never answered. I would think employees would be helpful and knowledgeable to their customers when it pertains to the law, especially since change was just made pertaining to the law. No receipt either. If my business is not wanted at this store, I will not be returning back.

I went asking for thc free CBD tincture or gummies.. He recommended the store -brand tincture n explained suggested dose n potential effects. I felt none of them but a very rapid heartbeat within 30mins , there after my head felt heavy on my shoulders , I had to lay down but I was not groggy /sleepy. I felt no relaxation at all , which is one main thing I was hoping for. If this is due to first time effects, I will return to update.

She was so attentive and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. She broke everything down in a way that was easy to follow and helped me find the perfect product for me. Just moved back into SATX and needed to find a new vape shop. I randomly stopped into this shop since it was nearby and had such a pleasant experience. The shop is clean and organized! The female staff who helped me was friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with a purchase that I didnt realize until later so called the store a few hours later and spoke to a kind gentleman who assisted with getting it taken care of. I sent off the email to the manager (as instructed) and Romish responded in less than 10 minutes with a resolution💙 I have oficially found my regular vape spot and I will be back soon. They really do hold up to their 5 star rating! I love the customer service, cleanliness, and product variety. Edit: i returned to pick up a new flavor and unfortunately all the other vape flavors were expired, but they were able to issue a refund.
