My friend had a chance to meet the owner late tonight (uber) and he is the most generous, nicest person you find around, nice to his security, staff. Highly recommend this place, very well managed.

I've been coming here for more than years and over the last year and half I've noticed that the inconsistency of INHALENCE products(Exhalence own brand) had dramatically gone down. I'm very disappointed bc usually I don't do negative reviews. Although the front desk usually is helpful and the bud tenders do a great job at finding a resolution, today was different. The energy was shifted to a negative one and did not feel welcome at all anymore by the manager as one thing was said by the bud tender and another by the manager. I understand the hard work and dedication Exhalence has done over the years has been great but it does not mean lower your standards and for that I might just stay away for a while or for good. I'm Very disappointed by EXHALENCE. You all have to be on the same page. Bc Frankly it does not have the same great vibes as before, the energy is flat. And the product has not been good enough to to where I can enjoy my time with the purchases. I wish I can be here giving a 5 star review but I wish you guys nothing but the best. Be well👌🏽 Let's be thankful I don't shame yall with the product I've been receiving. ..

This place is off the chain they have great prices great product employees are cool as hell and they are open on new Year's Day for God's sake what more can you ask for!??

Says they except credit cards online. Went in to double check. Guy said they don’t. And that “I misheard.” So being helpful I said “oh well Google says credit cards too so yall should know so it can be updated” he said “that’s not my job, but I’ll let em know” unnecessary but yeah! Go ahead and update! Save some people a trip. And maybe get a nicer front desk dude. He was unnecessarily offended and rude.

Great prices excellent staff everything you need

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. When I walked into the dispensary, I was greeted by a front desk employee who was bald and had an extremely intimidating demeanor. I understand everyone has bad days, but this isn’t the first time he’s presented himself like this — cold, unfriendly, and unwelcoming — made the entire experience uncomfortable. When you're spending your hard-earned money somewhere, especially in a place that’s supposed to be inviting and relaxed, you expect at least a basic level of courtesy. I didn’t even say anything to him, yet I immediately felt like I wasn’t welcome. If you hate your job or just don’t want to interact with customers, then working in customer-facing roles probably isn’t the best fit. Unfortunately, that one interaction has made me not want to come back. A dispensary should feel safe and pleasant, not tense and off-putting. I hope management takes this into account and considers how much a first impression really matters.
