A frequent shopper at another nearby dispensary but decided to stop by Farmacy. I think it was Zachary(?) That helped us the first time. Super friendly & knowledgeable. Second visit, the security guy at the door checking us in (about to become a grandpa) is friendly, easy going and pretty funny. We actually chatted with him on the way in and out. Loved that guy. I think we may have to switch dispensaries. Prices are reasonable, nice selection BUT good customer service is everything. Some budtenders can be kinda snobby. They can act annoyed if you are unsure of what you want or ask too many questions. I have read some negative reviews but that has not been our experience here at all. Give 'em a try

I've never had a bad experience here, but Madelyn was really exceptional today. Just so lovely and funny and helpful. I've worked in customer service for a really long time and Madelyn would be an asset to any such business.
