I have been a medical patient here for a while now. I love the store and staff, however ever since recreational use became legal my experience as a patient has declined. Often there are long lines. I was told before recreational use became legal that medical holders would be able to skip to the front of the line but after several visits and them scanning my card they have never told me to go to the front of the line. I feel like medical patients are not priority here :(
Steve, our apologies for not communicating properly. We have a designated Medical patient line with signage in the store! If you are part of the medical program please utilize it so a staff member can see and help you. We have trained our staff to prioritize medical patients in that line but if they don't see you they can not help. Also, if you don not already, please utilize the online ordering feature to have you order ready when you arrive. I will be sure to review this with the team to ensure a quicker checkout.
So I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review. I've yet to see you guys do a promotions, discounts, customer appreciation, specials or anything to intice someone to want to buy. The state already puts a 15% cannibas tax on top of the purchase. And the selection of items is bare minimum always. Delawareans can easily go to Far & Dotter, Frosted Nug, or Twisted Hat. Who wants to really travel out of state every week. But I refuse to pay triple for stuff. It's sickening. I hope you guys get it together.
Bill, thanks for leaving your feedback. 1) Everyone gets $10 off their first visit 2) All of our customers utilize our loyalty program earning $5 for every $100 spend. 3) We sell our Valor brand flower at $5 lower than any other brand 4) 10% all flower Friday through Sunday and have been for the last 2 months. Also as a loyalty member you get communications detailing our deals and pop up events with giveaways. Just yesterday we had discounts, raffles, and donated proceeds to local veteran organizations. For our customers, we provided coffee and donuts to show our appreciation to those who helped donate. Our small dispensary has no influence on taxation or pricing in the state. We are staying in line with all of the operator's pricing. As Delaware's newly born market matures, more suppliers and brands will come online ultimately lowering prices...and we welcome that! As a consumer you have choices, all the best!
