Believe it or not I had purchased this item from flower city and when I got home, the tube was empty. There was no joints inside. I tried calling this place multiple times it’s an automated answering bot and hangs up. As I do not live in the area. I am hoping to get refunded my money $15.00 next time I’m out that way. Otherwise I will inform everyone I know this place is a scam

We will advise our inventory fulfillment team and bud tenders to lightly shake the units before handing them to our customers. Unfortunately it happens time to time, we don’t package the goods, so it’s nearly impossible to check every unit we receive from the vendor.
