Hi Wittifer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concern and want to clarify how our payment system works. Both our on‑site ATMs and cashless ATMs carry only a $3.00 transaction fee. In some cases, individual banking institutions may add their own additional fees, which can make the total appear higher. For cashless ATM transactions, the amount is rounded up to the nearest $5, but any difference is immediately returned to you in cash at the time of the transaction. We acknowledge your frustration, and we are actively looking into ways to offer different payment options to better assist our patients. We hope this explanation helps provide clarity, and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Additionally, I would like to add this is all due to the fact that cannabis is a schedule 1 drug from a federal standpoint. We are unable to utilize normal credit card or debit transaction methods due to the federal restrictions. We are forced to use third party processors to provide the convenience. This is not our desire. You always have the option of bringing cash in then there would be no fee accessed.
