I'm giving 3 stars because they are a good dispensary in a good location and I believe in their mission and I believe it's an upscale well run business. However, their in house brand of hemp is complete trash. I've tried it again and again over the years hoping it will get better, but both their in house flower and their vapes are not good. There is something very off with the terpenes or the quality of the plants they're using, because the subjective effects and smell of the herb is no different than gas station crap. Quality "THC-A" flower should be no different than recreational in a legal state, as it's biologically the same plant, but the effects are simply not the same, even to other more high quality "THC-A" brand herb sold elsewhere in TX. I feel bad writing this, because I really like the company and I want it to not be bad, so I'm not giving a crazy low review, but I feel like they need to know, they need to use a different supplier for their in house hemp products. Save yourself some trouble: go to green herbal care, and buy the hometown hero stuff.
