Waited 45 mins for a no show apparently anyone who don’t sound like their from Oakland or has a call monitor on they phone is “too shady” to be a customer I’ll just take the businesses advice and go to a “regular dispensary” what every that means. If you’re an everyday person who just likes to enjoy weed just go to a dispo or a plug that ACTUALLY respects their customers and If your kinda desperate for some tree late night like I was just go to bed and go to the dispo in the morning unless you like being cussed out by a delivery driver Update- keep in mind in their reply they did not deny the act of cussing out a brand new potential customer shows the professionalism they have and as a non Oakland native I don’t know what constitutes as sketchy here so if you are scared to do business in certain areas after a certain time you should make that clear as this Is a business and I could of easily went elsewhere if that was known. also for the record I don’t feel safe knowing this “business” now has my address due to the vernacular and mannerisms of the people I spoke with if I don’t reply to this review after a while something is wrong

# Green Line Marijuana Delivery - Google Review (2 Stars) **Customer from 2012-2015** I was a loyal customer of Green Line for three years, spending thousands of dollars with them through the Meadows Network. During that time, I always paid cash promptly and was consistently courteous to their delivery staff. **The Good:** Brother Victor and Brother Marcus were always professional and polite during deliveries. I had no issues with their service. **The Problems:** Brother Taylor was the primary delivery person I dealt with, and while he was friendly enough in person, he would often adopt an unnecessarily aggressive "gangster" persona on phone calls, which seemed out of place for a legitimate medical cannabis delivery service. The situation deteriorated when they sent an unfamiliar driver who seemed anxious about his schedule. I attempted to make polite conversation, but he appeared uncomfortable. When I communicated my dissatisfaction about this experience to the dispatch, Taylor's response was to tell me they "don't want your business anymore" - after three years of loyal patronage and thousands of dollars spent. This abrupt dismissal, without any attempt at customer service recovery or explanation, felt disrespectful and arbitrary. I had multiple transportation options and could have gone to numerous other dispensaries or delivery services on the Meadows Network, but I remained loyal to Green Line. That loyalty meant nothing when I raised a legitimate service concern. **Additional Issues:** - They claimed to have a business location in Jack London Square that I could never actually locate when I tried to visit in person - Communication became unprofessional when handling customer complaints - No attempt was made to retain a long-term customer over what should have been a minor service issue **The Aftermath:** I was so upset during the final text exchange that I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings and accidentally spilled candle wax on a new pair of collector's item Puma shoes - a small but permanent reminder of this frustrating experience. After Green Line dismissed me as a customer, I immediately began using other services on the Meadows Network. I found a vendor called Meds For Me (delivered by Carlito from Brooklyn) who was consistently respectful and maintained my business from 2015-2023 - nearly a decade. This shows that I was never a difficult customer; I simply expected basic courtesy and professionalism. **Bottom Line:** Green Line had a monopoly on my business for three years in the gray market dispensary era. When I raised a single complaint about service, they immediately terminated the relationship rather than address my concerns. In an industry built on customer relationships and discretion, their dismissive attitude toward a loyal, paying customer was disappointing. There were many other options available in the Oakland medical cannabis community at that time - Gray Area, various Meadows Network vendors, and numerous delivery services. Green Line lost a reliable customer over poor communication and an inability to handle basic customer service recovery. **Would not recommend for long-term reliability or customer service.**

I was disappointed in this service. I read all the great reviews and decided to try it. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. It was already past the 45-120 minute delivery estimate. I checked my mailbox after waiting for 2 hours and still nothing. I wrote an email providing the timeline and received a call shortly after that it was delivered and in my mailbox an hour ago. That was a lie. I had been checking the mailbox. I didn’t get a call or any notification that it had been delivered. The person over the phone then started getting defensive and giving me attitude that they were doing me a favor by leaving it in my mailbox. I don’t normally write reviews but this delivery service just felt sketchy.

I’ve consistently had a great experience with Greenline Cannabis Delivery. They are the best! The whole process is super easy-from ordering to delivery. Their team is always on time, friendly and professional. Every product I’ve ordered has been high quality, and the prices are really fair. Ive tried a few other services, but Greenline is by far the most consistent and reliable. Definitely my go to delivery service- highly recommend!
