Do not shop here. They sold me the incorrect pods for my device. When I tried to get them replaced. The woman behind the counter (Jonvee sp?), said she would call the warehouse to get the correct ones - and that she would call me the same day to let me know, and that if they didn’t have the correct ones, would give me credit toward something else in the store. 4 days went by and I received no call. I tried calling the store, but no one answers, ever, so I left a message and still did not get a call back. I went in today, the employees called her - and she said that because one of the pods was open (again, THEY told me they were the correct ones), I would not receive full credit. These people are liars. Go somewhere else. They do not honor their word. Update November 2025: if you’re still shopping here and are not dealing w Magic Vapor Shop - that’s on you. These people are swindlers. Just awful.

Do not waste your time here. They charge $37 for a REGULAR geek bar. Absolutely astronomical and $10 more than the highest price I’ve ever paid.

This place is horrible, it says under new management but if you’re the new management, you need to hang it up. You know nothing about customer service. I’ve been here three times and there’s always a sign on the door that says be right back! When you call, it goes straight to a machine. Today we waited 30 minutes and they still weren’t back. I’m over it! I watched 10 customers come and go because no one was there. I decided I’ll never be back!!! They are awful here and I suggest you all take your business elsewhere. 0 stars, do not recommend mend.

The original owner of this place, Vic, passed away. It seems vultures own this place now. Do not go.

Very friendly workers very nice n clean place well organized

If your products are going to be priced higher than literally any other vape shop or gas station I’ve been to, at least don’t be rude as hell for absolutely no reason. Terrible service. Terrible prices. It’s located in a great spot that’s convenient for me, but I’ll go out of my way to never shop here again.

Do not shop here. They will sell you empty products repackaged then refuse to refund. It’s happened twice now on product worth over $80. Shopped here out of convenience but will never return.

Bought a pin that cost $14. Look back at the bank statement and they charged forty two dollars

Price was too expensive and the product didn’t work the way it was supposed to. Horrible customer service.
