When I can't fall asleep, I take just half a gummy and sleep moves in. I sleep great, wake up refreshed, they're wonderful. I also took half a gummy before a redeye cross country flight. I laid my head on the tray table, and the next thing I knew we were in our initial descent into Boston. I didn't waste half of my first day there sleeping, I arrived ready to go. It was great. I ordered the healthy roots CBD oil for my large dogs. It helped calm my anxious dogs when we go on trips. They usually get so worked up and excited I can’t keep them from crying and bolting out the door. Giving them the oil and hour or 2 before we go helps relieve some of the anxiety. when we have to leave them in our RV while we are out places they stay mellow and calm while we are out . It also helps my youngest dog who seems to destroy objects such as the tv remote when we are gone during the day at work. We give her the Cbd and a toy with treats inside to keep her busy and she has been much better.

I love the full spectrum CBD pills and the nighttime gummies, the combination of the two helps my chronic pain all day and night. My niece likes the balm and muscle rubs. I have chronic daily pain— from a couple of herniated discs, sciatica and fibromyalgia.
