They deserve 0 stars. Used to love this place and have spent thousands here, it’s tragic how much they went down hill. I was told by their staff before that all of the “tips” for local delivery orders go to the driver. Well recently they’ve switched over from their awesome delivery drivers to outsourcing delivery to DoorDash and alongside that I see that they’re just randomly tipping the driver what they see fit. I tipped 20 dollars on one order and the driver got 5 and 13 on another and the driver got 6. They do not deserve your business and will never get a penny from me or anyone I know again

To clarify, all tips on DoorDash orders go directly to the driver and are managed by DoorDash’s system — we don’t keep any portion or decide how they’re allocated. We switched to DoorDash so we could keep offering delivery while balancing the costs of running a small business. In fact, the order in question was fully discounted through a promotion, meaning we actually absorbed the delivery fees ourselves. We value your past support and hope this clears up any confusion.
