1st time, but unfortunately, my only time. Had a delivery in the area and while waiting for the next load . Had a couple of places give off bad vibes and got my anxiety up. So i looked up smoke shop and was reading the reviews and liked what i read about this location. I got lucky, and Austin was there. He is so very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you, Austin

I’m new to this store. I loved the store BUT just like everywhere else you go do your homework before you go. Read your product packaging before you leave to make sure it is exactly what you want for what you need. The receipt does not say it but the store does not allow exchanges once you buy it … it is yours.
