Hempire State Smoke Shop

Wonderfully compassionate and knowledgeable staff; very clean; well organized; large selections; points program (but who doesn't have one?); great location. I've been coming here for the last handful of years. We are moving away so I hope to find a shop as awesome as this one again!

I know you guys went through a rough patch with OCM ,and staying positive getting over this hurdle makes you stronger.Always a great experience at Hempire. All the employees are very professional and kind. Thank you guys.

Stopped at Hempire State on my way home from Rochester to Buffalo. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They have a big selection of Puffco accessories and their prices are not bad! I definitely plan to stop there again in the future the next time I'm in the Rochester area! Thanks guys!

This place is amazing I came to grab a friend something for there vape they had a cool event taking place I definitely will return here the prices I seen where also very reasonable and definitely some very cool knifes and other things as well

I absolutely love this store. I just learned about them in the plaza on lyell directly across from Wegmans. Check them out yall, they got everything from the budget products to the medium average priced to the elite stuff like puffco. Nice knowledgeable staff who treat you with respect. Send these folks some love!!!!
