I was staying in LA for a game and loved that they were able to deliver to the hotel we we're staying at! Super responsive as well as, I was given text updates as the product was prepared, leaving, and arrival time and it still got here about 10 mins sooner than expected! Also a bonus, they take card! I looked forever online and could not find a shop that takes card, and I had no cash on me, until I found this one, they accept cash and other forms of payment as well. Super cute packaging! Definitely a 10/10 experience, and the product I received was super good as well!

I put in my order thinking it’d be here in an hour or two like they promised. Ended up waiting nearly 6 hours with zero updates. By the time it showed up, I wasn’t even in the mood anymore. Honestly, there are plenty of other places in LA that actually respect your time.

We don't have any record of an 'Ava Brady' ever signing up or placing an order with us. Not in the 11 year history of our company have we ever had a delivery take that long to arrive. This review is clearly part of a spam review campaign from a competitor trying to hurt our ratings.

I order from Herb pretty often. It's fast and the delivery people are always really nice. The prices are pretty good and beat driving places. I wish though they had more deals and promotions which a lot of the other dispenseries have.But they are consistent with top product.
