Absolutely awesome staff!!! I go in there at least once or twice a week! But not as much since the vape ban 😭. I love interacting with all the employees especially Nick, Kasey (sorry if I misspelled) and I'm stuck on her name!!!!! The amazing girl with the curly hair lol. They are so kind to my kids and Nick loves letting my kids smell all the candles.

Staff are very knowledgeable of the store's product lines.

Bought an item from here died immediately told me there was nothing they could do which is a joke. Will never see me shopping with these idiots again! If I could give a zero on here I would be happier.

Drove through the parking lot at the odana location which says is still there but there is no signs in the building??? Not sure where they are located

Large selection is main pro, for glass and vapes. Market fair prices, rarely the "cheap" option but not screwing you. Staff is hit or miss to be frank after years of going to both locations, very corporate feeling, one insulted my local shop (well whole town) for some reason... if you want more personable staff if you're picking your "usual" smoke shop, I'd try another, but worth a pop in.

The employees here are super nice and their recommendations are great! Great selection and amazing prices!
