I've been a happy customer of Indy E Cigs (multiple locations) for many years. All locations have always had friendly staff and a good selection but I want to specifically note the 96th and Keystone location. This store is spacious, clean, and inviting with a vast selection of quality products. I unfortunately didn't grab their names but the two gentlemen working this evening are always friendly, knowledgeable, and are able to provide first hand experience to help customers make informed purchases. Top notch!
Absolutely love this vape shop! Definitely my number 1 spot! I have a few in Indy but they are my favorite!!! Best staff EVER!! Thanks for everything guys : )

Victoria at the keystone/96th street went above and beyond! 10/10 recommend
not familiar with own product, staff does not greet you or even look interested in selling to you. If youre not a female dont bother, go to broadripple where they will talk to you like a human
I wanted to give a shout out to an awesome employee; I'm talking about the doll face young lady Kelsey!!! I've been here 5 times and she has guided me thru the best drinks, chocolates and gummies. She has given me a free sample of gummies and I finally found a great one that helps my chronic pain,etc. She is such a pleasure to interact with, so personable& sweet and sooo knowledgeable about ALL the products. I really am grateful for her knowledge and ability to help me find the best products. I would never go anywhere but this place bcuz they care & and they are are all very educated on every single product .I really want Kelsey to be recognized for helping me on several occasions and I hope her boss see's this bcuz I'm old and old school; & when I see excellence in a person-- I believe they need to be recognized!!!
