Thank you for reaching out and we are really sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately no disposable manufacturer will allow any store to do a return or exchange on a device unless it is not producing vapor or misfiring; neither of which happened when we tried your device (at your request by the way and which we cleaned with alcohol before and after). At the time you stated that the two just tasted differently than one another, not that they were malfunctioning. We didn't notice a different but regardless, every disposable manufacturer notes that their flavors will have differences from batch to batch and they do not consider it a defect or malfunction. We purchase Geek Bars directly & exclusively from their licensed distributors and verify authenticity on all products. We are sorry to see you go but urge you to consider these facts with future purchases from other stores so they don't end up with a bad review resulting from an across the board, every brand, manufacturer policy that is beyond their control.

Unfortunately it is illegal for us to accept Colorado's Digital ID for nicotine or cannabis purchases. As stated on Colorado's website for the digital ID... "Colorado Digital ID is currently only authorized for in-state use". Additionally, it notes that not even all Colorado law enforcement departments and government agencies will accept the digital ID so residents should continue to carry their physical driver's license or state-issued ID. These are the two most regulated product categories in existence; even more so than alcohol and prescription pharmaceuticals. Following those laws are the only reason that we've been able to stay in business and here for our customers for the past 30 years.
