In effect since July 1, 2025
HB 445 counts THCA toward total THC and bans smokable hemp, including flower and pre-rolls. Edibles remain legal under an ABC Board license, capped at 10 mg per serving and 40 mg per package.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

Didn't actually go in this time, I tried a new place, but, I do know that cloud 9 has an enormous selection and it is great shop for all your smoking needs. I'm leaving some needs you didn't know you had, lol
Need to update hours of operations. I made a detour to your shop. To find no one there, lights off, and locked. During posted business hours. Trusting your timeliness and posted hours has now made me late to work.
None of the vapor stores in Huntsville have , NAKED , lava flow 🤷🏼

Too expensive and he kept rushing me . quality of the delta8 oils are old for the pricing and a very small selection on cbd and delta 8 .
