THCa in New Mexico: Legal
Delta-9-only standard for naturally occurring THCA. The state separately banned semi-synthetic cannabinoids such as delta-8.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

Terrible business practices. Same ol lack of ethics and accountability that you see on these cannabis business owners, with the same ol unprofessional employees that bounce around dispos.
Their video says a lot: Products “help boost whatever effect you’re looking for.” Whatever effect? LOL! Don’t expect any more knowledge than that in their salespeople. So do research ahead of time as they are of little to no help.
Tried to shop here on a Saturday at noon and they were closed for some inexplicable reason… oh well they lost business, too many other shops that are actually open on a Saturday afternoon.

This is my go to dispensary. They are always helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my needs.
By far the worse pre-rolls. Imagine dust packed hard. I wasn’t able to smoke it, sucked very hard and very little comes out. Called the store, Tony got very testy , dismissive and refused exchanging the 5 pre rolls or refunding them. This is a small town man and the competition is very tight. If you read your reviews you will see that this is not your first negative one about your pre rolls sucking.
