We also want to thank you for being a valued customer and supporting Little Beach Harvest since early 2024, your business means/meant a lot to us. That said, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our flower. We do not spray or treat our products with any harmful substances. The strain you purchased, Melted Strawberries, is one of our highest-testing sativas and is very popular among our returning guests. Because transparency is important to us, we’d be happy to provide you with the Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for any of our strains, including the one in question. These COAs come directly from licensed labs and verify that our flower meets all safety and purity standards. While we understand that not every product may be to everyone’s personal preference, we cannot accept or condone false claims suggesting that our flower is sprayed or unsafe. Little Beach Harvest is proud to stand among the few dispensaries that actively educate our community on clean, organically grown cannabis and strictly reject any sprayed or adulterated products. We’re sorry again that your experience didn’t meet your expectations this time. We are sorry to hear our offerings did not meet your expectations, but we stand firmly behind everything that comes out of Little Beach Harvest. As an Indigenous owned business, we operate differently. Our relationship with the OCM is unique, and we are not NYS licensed. We are a Tribally Licensed brand and we take extreme pride in that. This allows us to stay true to our mission: keeping our community fair, supporting Indigenous brands, and offering products tax free. If we switched to carrying NYS regulated products exclusively, we would lose the ability to carry those Indigenous brands and our tax free advantage, and that is not something we are willing to compromise. Every product on our shelves is vetted to meet quality standards and comes from dedicated local cultivators whose work carries real soul and a story. We are not here to fill our menu with mass produced flower from large corporate MSOs. We are here for the cause, for the people, and for the integrity of our community. And no shame to the OCM. We are actively working to build a relationship that can serve our purpose and work for both of us. Until then, we will continue to do what we have always done: work for the community. That said, we would first appreciate it if you could identify yourself. Making claims from an anonymous profile makes it difficult for us to verify or properly address your concerns. We want to be very clear. We take great pride in the integrity of our flower and all of our products. Every item we carry is tested in accordance with the standards set by the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). If a product does not meet those standards, we do not carry it. We do not appreciate the claim or implication that our flower is “sprayed.” We are one of the few dispensaries on Long Island that goes out of its way to ensure we do not stock any low-quality, sprayed, or tampered products. We work hard to maintain a clean, safe, and trustworthy selection for our community.
