Visited this business Oct 25. Upon visiting the they took my ID and never gave it back. I called multiple times where I spoke with the manager names Emily who stated my ID was being mailed back to me. It's now December and I've still haven't recieved my ID back. Christmas is 2 weeks away and never recieved a call back or even my ID. Not trying to bash this business but this was handled so unprofessional and such a inconvenience conceding was a tourist and I had to catch a flight the very next day without my id.
I love this place, the budtenders are so friendly and welcoming, they know me by my chosen name, not my government name.
