Been here a few times & the girl at the counter Elena is great & always nice. The owner, or boss or whoever he was (FedEx uniform) was weird. Didn’t seem like he had too much knowledge on smoking or their products. Gave me wrong information about CBD, which is inconsistent, considering he owns a smoke shop. I’ve been to better smoke shops. If I decide to come back it will be for the customer service Elena provided.
Best customer service in town and all employees, including the owner, are very knowledgeable on products in the store. Best prices in town on vapes, CBD and so much more. I’m a repeat customer and I will continue shopping here for all my smoking needs.

the lady at the counter was nice, but the prices were high, and owner was a weirdo. Made me very uncomfortable and not want to go back ever again. I could not see the vape flavors, so I was using my camera to zoom in and see the flavors available, and the dude was yelling at me through their camera system. I wasn’t even taking pics or video and was only looking at the vapes in the corner of the store. Super weird vibe there from him; and we will not be coming back. Definitely lost a high cost customer there. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of vape stores and have never had a problem using the zoom on my camera to read flavors
The girl that helped me earlier today was so helpful and very kind.. I will definitely keep going to lucid smoke shop.
Dont recommend shopping at this store again. Not only did the man ripoff a customer cause the customer didnt have Knowledge first time buyer. The vape that was purchased only lasted a day. And was charged 30 bucks for a 10 dollar vape. Not even 10 I'm just being nice.. it's was probably worth 5... your better off Going to oasis... unless if you like getting ripped off by all means do you boo
