Edit to the review: i was just going through reviews i left and wanted to update that maitri made it right. They said they would honor the coupon for one purchase. I haven't went in yet so who knows if they'd still honor it. But, they did honor their offer. Old review: They sent out a 50% off coupon on March 27th. for three uses. It's April 11... I didn't get to use the coupon once and they WILL NOT honor it! We were going to use this to get our daughters medicine, she was a pedestrian hit by a drunk driver going over 40 mph and insurance does not cover this medicine so we were looking forward to saving the money. It took all that I had to not have a panic attack on the phone because it seems all too often that places and people and things are not living up to their promises or offers. This is very deceitful and poor business practice.

Incredibly low quality products. All of the Maitri branded disposables and vapes clog immediately, leaving you with more wasted product than usable. This is something that other brands do not have a problem with, even at identical volumes, which leads me to believe its an issue with how Maitri makes their product. I live within walking distance of one of their locations, but only ever go in a bind because of poor quality products and routinely uncaring staff.

Been a long time customer, so I feel sad about leaving this review. Went to pickup yesterday, was told my total was something like $174(which I expected, and withdrew $180 at the ATM near the front desk). The kind staff member attending me asked if I wanted to use my points as I had $15 dollars worth of points. That brought my total to $159. Without much thought I gave the employee all the cash I withdrew. They count it and give me back my change: $1. I point out to the employee that I believe that gave them $180, and they say I gave them $160. They go to the back to check cameras. When they come back, they returned with another employee who said they couldn’t see in detail in the camera how much money was counted. Apparently, nothing could be done then and that I would have to wait for them to close out and count the registers, and that they would call me with an update. They never called. Now on to the issues(aside from not being called). It’s insane to me that there’s no way for them to check how much money has been paid to them, but whatever I can work with that. What I can’t get over was how poorly the customer service was during this encounter. First, at no point the employees demonstrated any sort of apology for what is ultimately a failure on their part. Second, the employee who initially attended me should have counted the money and voiced the total amount given (other employees at Maitri do this routinely). Anyway, they can keep the $20 that I had already expected to part with. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Kinda sick of the bait and switch schemes from these dispensaries with the “50% off your first purchase” but then you get there and they won’t stack the discounts they already have. These places are greedy and maitri is no different. They got me today and I won’t be going back.

Had to give it something really I want to give it no stars I've never been to this location I don't know what else they sell but their own merchandise is garbage I bought a 2 G Pen and it lasted a whole day that's it one day $80 for a whole day I only hit it a few times in the morning / afternoon and normally I would have nine more days left ballpark any other cartridge select rhythm insa double bear savvy hell even modern flower is better than this at least you can get 10 days out of it there's no way that was 2 G of oil I don't recommend any of these stores to anybody if you're getting something else that's great but their own merchandise garbage and they refused to answer an email the main company so here's my review thanks for getting back to me
