Sold me a joint that was over a year old. When I complained about the stale smoke they replied that vermont law allows then to sell pot up to 2 years old so they were only following the law. They don't care if they sell crap. They only care for profits. Very poor customer service.

Customer service sucked tonight. I agree with the other people. The bud tender was rude. I asked 2 questions, and was told we are not allowed to shop over the phone. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE? If I come in and shop or over the phone, arent I still a customer? I WAS GONNA GET AN OUNCE, OH WELL!!
Hi Aaron, I appreciate the review. I was actually present for this exchange, and my team handled it correctly, and with professionalism. The issue wasn’t the questions — it was your hostility, because you didn't like the fact my budtenders were following the law. For clarity: Vermont law prohibits us from allowing anyone to shop for anyone other than the person physically in the store and over 21. That means no phone orders, no guessing who’s on the other end, and no risking our license because someone wants to argue about it. If you’re unhappy with the laws, the CCB is the place to send that energy. We’re here to help within the rules — and when customers treat staff respectfully.
Stopped by while visiting family and was helped out by a guy that was super helpful! I had questions about what "120u" meant when it came to rosin and I walked out 3 grams of rosin and a pocket full of knowledge heavier. What a cool shop

This store has a good selection and poor customer service. Unfortunately they also have the rudest budtenders who know absolutely nothing. I was a regular customer, after the way we were treated today I will never go back. The big guy behind the counter on past visits did not know the difference of rosin from resin. On this visit spouse did not have ID. OK sure they can not purchase that is understandable. But the clerks attitude was totally unacceptable. I would not recommend these budtenders to anybody. Shop elsewhere.
Hi John, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry your recent visit felt disappointing — that’s never what we want for anyone who comes through our doors. That said, our staff did follow Vermont law correctly. We can’t serve anyone without a valid physical ID, even a spouse, no matter how much we’d like to make it easier. Those rules are strict, and we have to abide by them to protect our license. Regarding product knowledge, our team is ever changing as are the products, and while the budtenders always aim to give accurate information sometimes they are still learning. I understand the situation was frustrating, and sometimes that can make an interaction feel more tense than it actually was. We truly appreciate your past business, and hope to see you again one day.
