DSHS rules (25 TAC ch. 300) define total delta-9 THC as (0.877 × THCA) + delta-9, which no natural THCA flower can pass — flower testing 20-30% THCA calculates well above the 0.3% limit. Flower, pre-rolls, and concentrates are out; non-smokable hemp under 0.3% delta-9 is still sold. The rules are in force but under appeal.
Separately, the federal hemp definition changes on November 12, 2026, when total THC replaces delta-9 as the test and finished products are capped at 0.4 mg of total THC per container. That applies nationwide regardless of state law.

The lady that was not even waiting on me had to much to say and was rude to me I going to go to blue light for now on
This place has by far the worst customer service, and This place is a scam. If you want cheap bud come here, everything else is trash. All of their edibles have never hit me or my girlfriend, and on top of that I have spent over $700 at only this location, but when they sold me a cart that was leaking when I took it out of the bag they refused to return it and only gave me 15% off our next purchase. They made us feel like we were doing something wrong by asking for a new product, or store credit. I’ve never had a business so willing to lose a weekly customer who spends 100-150$ a week or more, over a $35 cart. I wish when we walked in there they would’ve honored their product like we believed they would, but they did not. Again it’s not the waste of $35 that upset me it’s the way that the situation was handled, and what would the case have been if I bought 5-10 of them like I sometimes do.
