Shoutout to Alana the girl with the neck tattoo for always being such an amazing budtender. She’s super kind, patient, and really knows her stuff. Even when I came in last minute, she still took the time to help me and made the whole experience great. Customer service like that really makes a difference — definitely appreciate her! Will be asking for more recommendations from her in the future.

They gave me the wrong cartridge and wouldn't exchange it even tho I didn't even leave the store I'm honestly so furious never been screwed over like this before from the dispensary

Starting off, I want to very much thank Joey, Rema, Monica, Mike, all security and staff! My mommy and I have been going through a hard time after the fire disaster in Malibu and taking care of my parent at the same time through an SSDI case is not exactly ideal…especially when said parent is due for another spine surgery correcting a corroded disk in her neck. She gets seizing muscle spasms that cause unbearable pain and heavily constraints her quality of life and ability to conduct a normal day; as well to combat chronic PTSD. Every time I come here the atmosphere is inviting, exciting (especially for their lounge. Seriously go check it out ;) ), and blessed with their well informed advice that pertain to strain specific bud and other products that I need medical-wise! I have been coming here for nearly a year now and have never had a bad experience and there are pretty good deals Here especially if you’re a regular. Which, if you’re not, I recommend you start today! Eventually as you do, this place is a community and tight-knit (NOT CLICHE) which brings a warmer feeling when seeing their interactions with other regulars as well. We are all going through our own hard times. Here, you can trust the guarantee of finding something just for you to take the edge off and get to know really cool people while you can :). Used to be my favorite spot in La but they are slowly losing a loyal customer. The white girl with the neck tattoo is rude everytime I come. I came in at 9:54 she huffs and puffs because she doesn’t want to do her job and says “do you have cash because we aren’t doing anymore transactions” if that’s the case lock the doors. Not to mention she has overcharged me on two occasions now by more than $10 and would have again if I don’t address it. The last hour is happy hour and she tried to charge me more than the regular price. One time she told me a price $25 cheaper on the phone and when I came in she said it wasn’t her but she would honor it. Idk if she’s not paying attention, pocketing tips or if she has a problem serving people who don’t look like her. She has never been pleasant since we have been coming here but we let it slide because everybody else was so cool and we just don’t go to her line. However, playing with my money is a whole different ball game. Also just because somebody works security doesn’t mean they don’t get to have an ounce of customer service. The new guard sucks! I won’t even come in if he’s there. It’s one thing to do your job it’s another to be a complete butt to everybody because your having a bad day or your life is crap. If your in a customer service job you should be skilled in just that, CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope y’all get it together, signed a PISSED off loyal customer!
