This sounds like a Pure Ohio commercial but on our website....gotta be honest, not a fan of that and this will be appropriately flagged by Google.

Thanks for the review, but as you know the dispensary has zero to do with the actual quality or packaging of any product let alone pre-rolls. If there are any complaints with a product we let the processor/grower know and it's up to them to make adjustments to their products. As you say, nothing against the staff but a 2 star review reflects badly on the staff and they had absolutely nothing to do with your experience. I'd like to offer a little different approach and that would be for you to actually go back into the dispensary and talk to one of our staff about your experience and see what they can do to make it better. The more information we get about any products that aren't up to your level of satisfaction the more we can share with them in order to make it better. We hope to see you again because we offer such a large array of options when it comes to pre-rolls or all the other products we stock.

James, we appreciate the review, however I just looked at our Piqua menu and I see half gram carts for $22.40 and one grams for $28.
