Hi Pamela! Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait on an order when you are waiting for something good! To clarify, your order was placed on Monday the 1st, and as of today (the 4th), it is marked out for delivery. For this shipment, USPS was used due to the cost of UPS being half the cost of your order so we pivoted as shipping methods can vary by order and destination (your address is rural). When you order, you should receive an email with tracking. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timelines are handled by them, but we’re always happy to help track or provide updates if you need help. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your order once it arrives.

Hey Chris, we get it—the name can throw people off! We coined our brand with dispensary back in 2018 (we were the first hemp shop in Louisville) when there would not have been any confusion, btw. But hemp-derived THC = cannabis THC at the molecular level. Same cannabinoids, just a different legal category. We’ve been here since 2018 to make it fun, safe, and easy to explore. If you are looking for flower and prerolls you will find that is online and in Indiana, we are restricted in Kentucky. I have traveled all over and visited dispensaries for years. Our edibles are better than most I have purchased in "legal" states. I have been in the cannabis space since the 80's, so I guess I consider myself a bit of a "pot snob" and I personally curate every product with my partner. We hope you stop by our store in Clarksville on our next Stock Up Saturday and let us change your opinion!
