Amazing service and amazing tree!!!

I called Orgins to preorder and needed some input on what to order for the type of high i wished for. I was lucky enough to of talked to a bud tender by the name of Love. She took the time to listen and ask a few of questions. She took that information and picked out a type of flower and a nice concentrate. I just had the chance to sample both products and i happy to report that she was spot on to what i wanted. I am so grateful to her and the staff at orgins!! Thank you!!

I LOVE shopping at origins! The staff is always super helpful and friendly! Reginald always knows his stuff and it’s always a nice time when Love is in there. I’m always seeing new farms to try out at Origins. It’s my favorite place to buy from in the area!

I’ve been a loyal customer at Origins Cannabis for years, but after my most recent experience with a Cannabis Guide named Love, I won’t be returning. I came in with my girlfriend, and while I’ll admit I was a little indecisive at first, I was starting to figure out what I wanted — or at least I was trying to, with Love’s “help.” What should have been a simple and supportive shopping experience turned into something incredibly uncomfortable. Out of nowhere, Love said something along the lines of, “I haven’t seen you since you two started dating — it’s been about three months, right?” That comment had absolutely nothing to do with the purchase or cannabis, and both my girlfriend and I were completely thrown off. It felt invasive and oddly personal, especially since I’ve never had a conversation like that with her before. It made us both wonder — does she hyperfocus on other customers like that, or was it just us? Either way, it was deeply unprofessional. I’ve been coming to Origins less and less over the past year because of moments like this, but this one really took the cake. I won’t be returning or recommending Origins to anyone who expects professionalism, respect, and discretion from the people they shop with.

Terrible service and uninformed staff — if you’re looking for blank stares make sure to stop by🙄 if you’re actually looking for a bud tender who knows anything about cannabis, go somewhere else!
