I’ve been a customer here for a few years. In the past I had some issues with the previous younger female manager named Haley who basically chased me out of the store for “having a fake ID” 🤣 she was disrespectful, cocky, and quite honestly just an airhead. Worst “manager” I’ve ever came in contact with, but since Brent has been running things, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. He’s friendly, professional, and always creates a great atmosphere. Appreciate the consistency and good conversation every time. Always up front about prices needless to say, the prices are clearly broken down for you. This store has completely made a 180 in the best way since Brent has been there.

This place is the best. Brent, Morgan and Patrick are very professional. They know the products and can answer any question that you have. I’ve never had any problems. I’ve been a regular for years. I also want to note that some of the people who walk in the store from the southside are not the easiest to deal with. They take a lot of abuse from those types of clients. I’ve seen firsthand how Brent and his team have handled tough situations. They are always professional. I would like to add that you are fortunate to have Brent. He is very dedicated and your store would not run as well as it does without him. Thank you

I have been a regular here for probably at least a couple years. Never had it ever been 115 dollars for a pound. Today I go in, and there is a woman that I have never seen here working here (apparently she worked here a lot over the summer but I never saw her but I usually don’t come arround closing) and she tries to charge me 115 dollars for a pound of kratom, which is about double the price. I don’t know what kinda scam this lady thinks she is running (gonna slip it into the tip jar or what) but I know for a fact that is not the normal pricing at this place. If she keeps being here I will never come again, (may order of the internet where this make up a price stuff can’t happen or I may find a different supplier entirely) Normally I would rate this place five stars, but this incident takes the cake. Maybe she was looking at the prices wrong, but she can’t be trusted, I would rather buy gas station kratom then be treated like I am dumb. I come here all the time, I am a regular. This had been my favorite place for kratom for a long time. I point people towards it when ever this kinda stuff comes up. But I cannot in good conscience send people to a place that might randomly rip them off if the wrong person is working there. She claimed to take a note for “Brent” about my (Mikhail but would probably be spelled wrong in her note) comments but I doubt that actually happened. So I am leaving a review. Maybe she was looking at kilo pricing. That is the only way this could have been an honest mistake (which she refused to double check so not so sure it’s an honest mistake she just kept saying that’s what it said, but I know for a fact it didn’t. So I don’t trust the intents.). You guys don’t have a scanning labeling system, so if I had been someone that had no clue what the prices were, I would have been ripped of to the tune of like 55 dollars. This simply isn’t acceptable. Anyways I really needed the kratom I am completely out, and the only way I could get the correct pricing was by doing the bundle (cause you don’t have your normal prices listed where a customer can see them, but the bundle price is so she couldn’t argue with me,) Who knows how many people she has ripped of intentionally or not. I won’t be changing this review from one star until there is a response to this review (or if someone acknowledges this next time I come in) I do not want this happening to other people. If this keeps being a thing I will find a different supplier. Note technically I still came out worse then I should off. Cause normally there is at least a 10 percent discount that you cannot get if you buy the bundle. So it cost 6 dollars more than it should have. I didn’t ask her name but this incident occurred on November 10th at around 5:30pm 2025 Note: I warned a customer in my way out that was on their way in to “watch out she may try to charge you the wrong price”. So I was sitting in my car and noticed he left empty handed and looking annoyed so I do not think I am the only person she has done this too. (Either that or he was just stopping in and checking y’all out,) Is there a way to contact a manager or the owners. I would prefer this be resolved instead of never coming again and telling people to avoid this place. This experience today has been a serious violation of trust that will not be resolved until it is ensured this doesn’t happen to me or anyone else again. My friends and myself are not rich, we live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes don’t even have that, so this kinda thing is unacceptable. I don’t know if you have a way to make sure this lady isn’t keeping the extra money she is charging (probably not with no scanning system) but I wouldn’t be to surprised if she was. Some solutions if the top of my head is to simply have correct prices for ALL products where the customer can see them, cause I am sure the only reason I got the “right” price is because those prices are viewable by customer. I even tried showing her the prices on your website. She wouldn’t budge even when confronted with reality.

Really pleasant little shop. They don’t have as much inventory here as they do on their website which is based out of the “main” location in Hermitage, but there’s still plenty here and the value of what you get verses “smoke shop Kratom” is insane. Just better quality products at really good prices.

All I have to say is WOW. I had an issue and within 2 hours it was resolved. Not just resolved but Kara went well above what I expected. I've been purchasing from online vendors from all over the U.S. for years & was excited to find a company an hr away. I was weary bc their pricing is so low. Maybe the quality isn't up to my standards. I can say emphatically that is not the case. I took my usual dose 15 mins ago and the effects are already kicking in. I can't speak on the store aspect bc as of yet I've only utilized the website. Which is very easy to use and clear on product, price and quantity. Shipping was fast and well packaged. I'm done looking into other vendors. This is a one stop shop, I promise you.

Drove over an hour out of my way to find out the hours of operation are not what is listed online and was closed on Sunday. Not sure of the legitimacy of such a business.

Good products, but they're never the same prices they are on their website. They also accept many forms of payment online, but only accept cash in person. They also don't allow online payment and local store pickup as a work around. Not returning to this physical store ever, and I am seriously considering not ever giving them my business online again either. I can't use cash, and haven't used my own physical cash in 10 years. It also means that you'll need to use an ATM with a physical card if you have a card with no physical bank. If all of this is fine with you, it's decent. There's good options, but you're much better off getting their product's online. If you want a good physical store for Kratom; "Smoke Glass and Vape" has much better stores and better prices. Especially the one on Highland Ave. I would have been a customer if you didn't only accept cash payment. If others can sell Kratom with other payments, you can too. No excuse. I'm done with this store for sure.

Quality products - do NOT bother with vape shops for botanicals. Go here for both their excellent stock AND customer service. Brent is a friendly, helpful, well-informed manager, although I will miss Haley if she's gone from this location for good. 100% recommend.

I have been using Kratom for almost 10 years and they have hands down the best I’ve come across I’ve tried companies from all over the world and pa botanicals is the only one I buy from every week now and have been for almost 3 years since I found them I’m fortunate I can buy in store as well here in Pittsburgh They’re the best 🙌🏼💚
