The crestwood location always comes correct and is never quite as busy as some of the other locations. The staff is super cool, genuine, and knowledgeable and always willing to help or recommend products. Preorders are smooth and painless. Proper’s in house concentrates are some of the best in the city hands down.

It was amazing! The power was out and they were running off a generator but managed so efficiently and quickly. No one was stressed and we received the same great service. I was so impressed.
