Remedy Medicinals Recreational Dispensary

Came in for the first time today and waited a total of 25 minute before deciding to go elsewhere. When I first arrived I was in the lobby for 15 minutes while the older gal was taking to a customer , not about weed but, about relationships and boyfriends and love languages and this went on well after she had paid. I just wanted to buy one joint and be in my way. That’s it. But I forgot my exit bag in my car and went back down and decided to drive to high line dispensary since they were close by. Unfortunately they were closed so i decided to loop back around and try again. When I get back up there the first cost was gone only to be replaced by another gal pal. They talked about relationships and life again while me and another guy were now waiting for another 5 minutes after the purchase. After she left the next gentleman went up and then this lady just starts to go on and on and on about different carts. By now I’ve been trying to buy a joint for 25 minutes and I feel just genuinely ignored so I decided to leave and on the way out she says “oh well okay then” and laughs. Now, I really don’t care what an old lady thinks about me on the personal level cause clearly her only meaning comes from living others life’s but as a business I thought the whole experience was very off putting and I’m not even going to make an effort to try this place again. First and last time here and I recommend high line since it’s close by and has cheaper joints and bud. The carts are about the same price tho

While traveling from Michigan, of the few rec dispensaries I have been to, this is the best quality and price I have seen. Had a great time talking to Renee, she is very interested in her product and customers. Her background as a pharmacist gives her a fantastic perspective on the industry she has transitioned into. Will definitely be back if ever in Missoula again!

Went in yesterday and had an amazing experience. The product is amazing and so was the service. Very likely going to be my new regular location to go to now!

I HIGHLY recommend this shop! The guy was extremely helpful and kind! We had a great conversation! I Kinda think the other one in the area might be information ID gathering pigs but I'm not sure. Weird that they're directly across from the hotel. Many years ago I talked with a nice lady at this shop and found out they were forced to not be an obvious place so had to be all the way in the back upstairs. And now there's the one in full view of the hotel?! Sus if ya ask me. Whether or not I'm right or wrong I'll ALWAYS recommend Remedy regardless!
