The staff is great, led by manager Theresa who is the best! They are very helpful. My issues with RISE are with the business itself. They currently have in essence a monopoly on the Twin Cities Cannabis scene & are directly responsible for 2 things: 1) - They SEVERLY overcharge. With no competition, they're charging whatever they like. Doubt me? Check the prices at RISE dispensaries in other states or better yet, other companies in other states. 2) - They're sending all of their lowest quality Seeds to Minnesota, or something similar, because there's no other options & know they can dump it off on us dumb Minnesotans. In states like CA, CO, WA, etc, Premium Reefer all has THC levels over 30%. You cannot find anything in MN over 25% & most Flower contains marginal amounts of CBD, so it's DEFINITELY NOT the Medical Grade Cannabis found in more established markets. It's a profit grab & other dispensaries need to open soon, because the market is cornered. EDIT: Just to be clear, Cannabis is NOT ALLOWED to be shipped from state to state. Any Reefer sold in a state MUST be grown there. Perhaps the next time one of our local sports teams makes a trade, perhaps they can throw in some out of state experts, because it's clear whoever is growing RISE plants in Minnesota is definitely not getting the most from the plants.

Nice dispensary. Small selection and prices are a little high. But so was I!!! Excellent quality, great strains. No cannabis on display is disappointing.

Love the selection of medical marijuana! Website is fairly easy to navigate. Fingers crossed they will come out with an app one day. Highly recommend if you enjoy cannabis!

I gave it a good month or so to prove itself.. Prices are high, ya only get small quantities unless you have a med card, quality is not as good as the street product.. Do not like the Pharmacy style checkout lines. Street wins again

The new Eagan location is horrible! Super long lines, staff that does not care, phones that go unanswered and waiting customers get hung up on. For medical parents who do curbside pick up, don’t expect to get all your change if you pay in cash. The employees skim it then tell customers “your change is in the bag” and before you can count it, they disappear back inside. The employees don’t care because they are a revolving door of different people who don’t seem to work there longer than a month. Avoid this place if you can.
