I’m From California and My first time here was great! Easy to order kiosks and very , helpful staff and they are very knowledgeable. Zeke helped me and gave me some important info about places not selling good quality and illegally which is very helpful to me. Thanks for such an easy and informative experience. I have been using this dispensary for several years as a medical patient and was always pleased with my experience until recently. I prefer to use vapes and throughout the years purchased many that have been defective and I was unable to return them in the previous 3 day return window policy which is now 30 days so I took the loss many times due to them selling products that don’t work. I recently purchased several UB Good brand vapes at one time and one of them was defective. When I opened the vape the window with liquid was full of bubbles and the vape does not work. You can not hit it and I even tried to charge it. I brought the item to the store and the store manager Brian gave me a difficult time accusing me of using the product as well as stating I did not purchase the product at the store despite me having a receipt with the date and location on it. Eventually he looked me up on the system and seemed surprised to see the system matches the receipt. He was rude and off putting but did refund and allow me to purchase the exact same product. When I got home there was the same issue with the product I got to replace my return and the liquid was full of bubbles again and the product did not work. I returned the store the next day with the receipt and was refused a return which is fine but Brian and his assistant manager went on to belittle and accuse me of being a scammer and attempting to return products I have been using. I was shocked and highly offended by this interaction. Clearly the batch of this specific product is defective and instead he chose to accuse me of attempting to scam him and his store out of a $ 30 vape. After years of being a medical patient and utilizing the location I will no longer be purchasing from here or any Rise location. To be treated that way was horrible and he refuses to provide any information for me to express my experience anyone above him in the company.

Cam was super knowledgable about the products available and the different deals they had today. He was also enjoyable to chat with! 10/10 would recommend Rise and their people ! PLUS they had great tunes playing. 🙌🏼

I stopped into Rise on Detroit Rd and had an awesome experience! Hailey helped me out and was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, patient, and really knew her stuff. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The whole vibe at Rise is clean, relaxed, and welcoming. Great selection, great service — huge thanks to Hailey for making it such a great visit!
