I purchased what I was told were two half ounces yesterday. When I arrived home and opened my half ounces I discovered that instead of being two 14 gram containers it turned out to only be two 3.5 grams so I was shorted by 21 grams! I am not interested in getting anyone fired but I am 73 years old and on social security so this is a hardship for me. Please advise me as to how I can receive store credit??? I am very disappointed and must insist that this mistake be corrected A.S.A.P. I tried calling on the phone but no one answers. I went to the Cannabis Club Polk street location and was told that since I opened the container I was out of luck. This is a crappy corporate club! Beware of shopping here!!!

Russian Hill is my dispensary of choice. Not only is it conveniently located, but the community vibe is unmatched. I’ve met so many friendly folks since I’ve started visiting the club, and I even utilize their treasury box service which not only gives me a place to store my purchases in, but a place for the club to drop monthly gifts inside! When I told them I’d only accept box 420, without question, they turned 42 into 420 for me 😭💪🏼It’s a great place to hang with friends, or get work done. The entire staff is super accommodating and kind. There’s always popcorn to munch on, and water on the lounge, and I’ve even ordered food from one of the local restaurants when I was in need of something more substantial during a session. It’s a great place to nurture a creative vibe, and the only one with this view! I haven’t met a single member of the staff here who was difficult to work with or unkind. I’d choose this place over WeWork any day. Thank you for being part of my ecosystem, Russian Hill 🖤 I’ll be a member for life!
