I bought a vape cartridge & it kept plugging, so I brought it back a second time & one of the employees said they had been having problems with them & that's why they have been on clearance. Why even sell them if you're having problems. It's all about money. Never going there again. Not a good way to do business. Shame on you Seaweed Company!! It was the Portland store, not South Portland.
Hi Pamela, That is an unfortunate experience. Without knowing the model of the battery it is hard to trouble shoot your issue. While we do bring in new batteries as technology changes and mark down older models to move through inventory, nothing we sell has a defect or known issue, so sorry for the miscommunication there. In general there can be many reasons that a cart does not function properly and we typically trouble shoot and then replace or refund a product if it is not performing to expectations. Typically we would make sure you left the store with a functioning product, if that did not happen, please reach out so we can rectify this.
